For my project based learning project, students are creating a news source of their choice on the Revolutionary War. Students will have a choice to create their news project on Google Docs (creating a newspaper), on Google Sites (creating a news site), or on WeVideo (creating a newscast).
On the last day of the project, students will present their group work to the class. Students will complete the peer avaluation form to provide feedback to each group. When they select the group that they want to evaluate, it will direct them to the evaluation page for that group. When all evaluation forms are submitted, the teacher will be able to see a breakdown by group of what they scored in each category on the rubric, as well as the additional feedback that students gave. Feedback is an important part of Project Based Learning.
For my project screencast, I have recorded a video on how to use StoryBoardThat so students can use that to help them during their project.
Attached below is my Journal Response Video.
