A fiery realm of punishment, where those who have died a chaotic death will be sent to live out their second life in the fiery pits of hell. Of course, that's what everyone believes, but the reality of it is: The Everdark is a paradise to those who die chaotic deaths and become demons, a land of punishment to everyone else.
A land of flames and torture, the Everdark is Quiazal's equivalent of hell. Composed entirely of volcanic vents and steam jungles, this realm is a paradise for those chaotic individuals who enjoy heated places of conflict and danger.
Conflict is seemingly infinite within this realm. Individuals are always looking to stir up trouble, be it for another individual or on a much wider scale. Those who make it into the Everdark aren't allowed in on light means. Only the worst of the worst are given the pleasure of accessing this foreboding realm.
Redemption for this realm is an easy process, for those who lack empathy. A chaotic death is considered to be a death after a life of no good deeds, where you as an individual have done nothing good for the better of an individual, community or the world as a whole; not to be confused with neutral death, which is death after limited good deeds, but still some.
A tall standing tower adjacent to the fortress of suffering, the Tower of Sins is believed to be the home of the band of demons known as the 7 deadly sins, each of which represent a single negative or crude quality in a person: Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, Envy and Pride.
Claims have shown that none of the sins have shown their faces for hundreds, almost a thousand years. Some have stopped believing in their daemonic existence, while others believe them to still be out there. (Refer to Elsa Purgatoria under Beliefs.)
The largest piece of architecture in the entire dimension, the Fortress of Suffering is the home of the representative deity Erimatra, the governing lead of the dimension as well as the woman considered to be behind the existence of the sins.
This fortress is where many will find themselves after being redeemed for the Everdark. Those who find themselves in here will have to go through a series of challenges, most of which are designed to kill the individuals attempting to scale them repeatedly - extremely difficult, long and torturous traps with intent to punish for the chaotic life they've lived.
Those who are considered to be perfectly chaotic will not find themselves in the fortress of suffering, but will instead be free to the rest of the realm, no trials faced.
