A beautiful realm of gold, silver and more precious stones than any living being could imagine, Aeden is the realm of true death where those who have done no bad, or redeemed their bad actions to the fullest, are sent to begin their second life.
The realm of Aeden is Quiazal's equivalent of heaven, a realm made entirely of precious substances from gold and silver to rubies unlike anyone in the mortal realms have ever seen.
Life is plentiful here in all forms. Mystical and holy animals roam the wilderness, angels and spirits roam the main gardens surrounding the palace and plantlife unlike anything found in the overworld hides in every crevice.
Held under a protective spell by the leading deity Nyxious, Aeden is one of the most well defended dimensions in the entire universe, a place where anyone can seek refuge within times of need or when the dark forces of the world overshadow the light. Individuals who haven't died a lawful death will need an invitation to access this dimension.
Obtaining access to the realm of Aeden is a simple feat to many. The most common way individuals find themselves within this realm is by dying a lawful death, after living a life in which they have committed no sins or have completely redeemed anything sinful from their pasts.
Accessing through living means is a little more difficult, requiring direct prayer towards the Aeden goddess Nyxious in order to redeem yourself for entry with good reason. Should entry be denied for their reasoning or previous actions, their chance or redemption on death significantly drops.
Judgement is as simple a process as one could be. Nyxious, or one of her angels, visits the site or grave of someone who has passed who is sensed to be of lawful life and is judged before being invited into the dimension. Those who die chaotic or neutral have to go through Limbo to be redeemed for Aeden.
A large, open region of forests and grasslands spread across many different floating islands, the essence grasslands is where the lawful essences of individuals who have passed are stored and protected. All those within the realm, with the exception of Nyxious, lack the presence of an essence within them. When they leave, their essence will be returned to them.
The grasslands are also often referred to as 'The valley of anti-crystals' due to the fact that any essences stored here typically go against the laws of gravity and float around in the air. They remain within a certain radius of the fields, and any which stray too far are quickly returned to where they should be.
The nest is a huge palace in the centre of the realm, home to the highest order of angels as well as Nyxious herself. The castle is named as such for the room present at the top of the tallest tower, one which those few who have been in there describe as being a giant owl's nest.
Within the centre of the palace is an altar, where Nyxious spends the vast majority of her time. This altar features a small magic orb, considered to be one of the many legendary items of the pantheatic universe, which she uses to overview and watch over the mortal realms.
