The coldest of all the biomes, ice spire biomes can drop down to as low as -30 celsius, and are host to tall peaks, or "spires" of thick blue and white ice. These biomes do not go through season changes, but instead go through temperature changes once every three months. Mid year, the average temperature is -2 celsius.

Taiga Forest
Large forests hosts to evergreen bushes, spruce trees and towering trees seemingly made of ice and snow. Ansus (arctic) willows are common here, willow trees covered in thick cloaks of snow and ice, making them look more like the art of ice sculptors.
