By proceeding to use our services you agree that we as staff members may at any point request personal data from you (including sensitive personal information) for any reason. In particular, we may use the information we hold about you for the purposes of protecting the server and individuals within the server, other servers connected to our own and yourself. Staff members within our server will never request personal information from you without reason to, and should they do so, it should be reported directly to the owner with solid screenshot evidence.
We are committed to providing you with information, updates and services which require valued customer support and suggestions, and as a valued user of our services we would like to keep you informed about new launches, updates, developments, blogs, and special promotions/partnerships with other servers which we think you'll find interesting.
We will not share your data with other servers unless it protects the betterment of the server, community and your personal wellbeing.
The Quiazal Legacy Discord server is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information we collect from you is to provide a solid ground for us as staff members as to whether your continued presence within the server is appropriate. (I.E. Breach of age, falsification of ID, etc.)

If you contact a staff member, the conversation will be logged and transcripted. This is only if it's in a professional matter regarding the server, your personal conversations will not be included in this.

From time to time, this website and information within the server may include links to other websites. We will never be operating with the linked websites and we do not endorse any of the content, views or products of the linked sites, nor do we accept any responsibility for the use of those sites.
You may request copies, screenshots or information about the personal data we hold about you, but keep in mind the only data we'll hold about you is data you yourself have submitted to us willingly.
You may decline providing us with any information we request from you, but depending on the severity of the information you decline, there may be consequences. (For example, declining solid evidence of ID when requested to for entry to our 18+ sections, or failing to provide solid proof of 16+ age for entry to the server.)
You hold the right to ask us not to use your personal information for marketing, server betterment and development purposes. We will inform you prior if we intend to use it for such purposes.
When you submit your Identification to us, be it through birth certificate, drivers license or another form of professional identification, the only information you're required to give us without additional request is your date of birth. You are not obligated to reveal to us your ID, but please know if you don't provide us identification, you will not be allowed access to our 18+ content.
Server staff and owners. In severe circumstances, we may send your personal data to other server owners partnered to our own as a PSA (if you severely break our rules or prove to not be a positive influence on the community) but outside of this your information will never leave the hands of server staff.
This law is the same for any other personal information you provide to a staff member. If you wish to disclose something about another member, server or anything else about yourself or something else with one of our server staff, we will not expose you for doing such and will keep it private. We may take action based on the information you provide to us, but we are not out to expose you for anything you tell us.
We are utterly committed to the security of all of our customer's information. We take precautions to protect all of the information you provide to us.
With that being said, the transmission of information via the internet is never completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of it under varying circumstances. This is why it's recommended that any personal information you wish to share with staff should be done so with the owner or co-owner, or any high ranking/long term staff member exclusively. You may also disclose this information with a staff member you know and can trust.
Circumstances change all the time, especially within a personal community environment such as Discord. While we wish to, we cannot prevent the actions of others who seek to cause destruction with personal information, but what we can do is remove them from the server. If at any point a member of staff breaches your trust with your personal information, report them to an owner immediately and we will see to it that it is resolved.
Outside of what we can do to protect your information, all other information is the responsibility of Discord as a platform, and distribution of this information (Doxxing) should be reported to their support team.

Quiazal Legacy is especially interested in protecting the safety and privacy of younger individuals as well as the individuals within our community. Quiazal Legacy is a United Kingdom (England) based server and as such, any over the age of 16 is considered a legal and mature adult, however there are restrictions to this.
All of our NSFW and heavily mature content is locked only to those who are above the age of 18. Being considered a legal adult by our laws does not mean you are immune to being a 'minor' and you will be treated as such within this server. While this does mean we will be more lenient with you, we will still report any illegal activities or efforts to breach this barrier (false identification, feigned documents or lying about your age to access restricted content.)
Lying about your age in itself is not a crime, but what you do with that power is a crime. Feigning documents to access our restricted sections will result in an immediate termination from our server, and in more serious cases, reporting to Discord and potentially even federal police services in the most severe cases.
Our server is a mature server and invidiuals using it are expected to act as such, but are also expected to be treated as such. All those within and using are server will be treated with equal respect no matter what their age.
Users below the age of 16 are not allowed in our server not because of your age, but for the protection of those using our community. We cannot risk minors and legals mingling in illegal ways within our community. Your personal activities are not the business of the server until they affect the server itself, and if your activities as either a minor or a legal adult affect the server in any negative way, you will be removed.
You shall comply with all of the information specified on this page and any legislation relevant to the server, personal information, our website or our main platforms (Google/Discord) in relation to personal information, data or submissions provided to us or held by us on behalf of you as a result of or in connection with or necessary use of the site or Discord server.
