Celestial genies are the stranger and more powerful of the two genie species, well known for their advances capabilities in most, if not all, magic classes. Unlike Lesser genies, Celestial genies don't have to remain near pots or lamps and can travel freely.

Many of them are extreme masters of deception and illusion. They commonly don't let themselves become soulbound to a wish maker, but some will, and just like Lesser genies, will grant wishes to that person. Unlike Lesser genies, Celestial genies have an unlimited amount of wishes they can grant to a person, but just like them, will only grant them with illusion magic - and will pull their wishes from them in the snap of a finger should they abuse them for wrongdoing.

The extreme capabilities of a Celestial genie are beyond most common knowledge - it's even unclear if these genies are formed from the death of a person, or if they're born as the spirits they are - or perhaps they're formed another way? It's even said that these genies have twice the magic capacity of any of the species, second only to the creation deities.
