Step 4: Rename QuickBooks Folder

Close all open QuickBooks windows.
Go to C drive:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks\Components
Change the name from “DownloadQB30” to “DownloadQB30.old”.
Then, run QuickBooks.
