Step 1 (redo)

Previously I tried to get OpenCV to work in Eclipse and failed. This time I will try in with Code::Blocks.

I will be trying this using the instructions from here https://www.technical-recipes.com/2014/using-opencv-in-codeblocks-in-linux/.

Since the original attempt to get an IDE to work with OpenCV, I noticed there is pre-made calibration stuff for an omnidirectional camera rig.
