Designed to teach the basic concepts and ideas that hold together all and any forms of business, institution, or organization, Organizational Behaviour focused heavily on the glue that keeps the world sorted and moving. At the core of all organizations are certain behaviours and ideas that they are built upon, and in libraries, this is particularly important because they work to serve their patron base and provide anything they can whenever possible. By understanding the concepts and conditions of behaviours in a library, it makes working in one easier as well as allows for better connections between colleagues and patrons.
