Philip Lyn is the founder and senior pastor of Skyline SIB Church, Malaysia, a vibrant and growing city-church that prioritises discipleship and the workplace. He studied medicine at Oxford and Biblical studies in London. He is both a practicing medical doctor and a pastor and leads a full team of bi-vocational pastors who integrate secular work and church ministry as one calling. He ministers widely in many nations and has released his third book on Christians in the Workplace called “The Invasive Kingdom”. His first two were “Slingshots” and “The Call of Issachar”.

Pray for Grace’s brother, Russel, to regain ability to walk and in better general health besides incontinence and gout issues.
Pray for complete healing and good health for Grace’s sister, Jacinta, who has been exhausted lately.
2. Navigators Singapore: Roger Yeo & Pearlyn Pang
Pray for J1, TY, J2, L, M, QG, E, J3, A, S1 and S2, that the light of Christ would shine into their hearts and that they give their lives to Jesus – 2 Thessalonians 3:1.
Pray that Roger, Pearlyn, Kevin, Johan, Kristine, Joel Loh and Joel Tio to grow in faith, hope and love even as they labour together for the gospel; embracing fully the grace that have come for our sakes – Col 1:3-6.
Praise God for His provision for their upcoming event from 6 – 7 April. Pray for the relationships built during the event would result in spiritual conversations and divine appointments for the advance of the gospel.
3. YWAM Singapore: Nicole Lim
Pray for Nicole as she assists in her new role as coordinator and translator for YWAM’s global conference, “YWAM Together” that will be held in Philippines, in September.
Pray for Nicole wisdom as she is prayerfully considering two trips in May and August to East Asia.
4. WEC Singapore: Angel Tan
Pray for Angel and family, good physical, emotional and spiritual health. Pray for Angel’s shoulder and arm that is tingling with pain.
Pray for wisdom, discernment and efficiency in completing all tasks for school and work.
5. YWAM Singapore: Rachel Ong
Pray for continued closer intimacy with God as Rachel grow in prayer and intercession
Pray for wisdom, comfort and peace as Rachel transit into YWAM.
Pray for more opportunities to build and strengthen relationships with the staff
MISSIONS PARTNERS
1. East Asia: TK
Praise God for the 5 stinters who will going to XA to support TK in the campus work. Pray for salvation for the 20 locals that they are sharing the gospel to.
Pray for TK in his visa application, that it will be a smooth process and transition.
Pray for all of TK and family’s needs – spiritually, financially and physically.
2. East Asia: Songs
Praise God for His Presence and Protection over the recent TAN conference. Workers were encouraged and motivated to press on with their calling.
Pray for the Songs wisdom, as they explore ministry opportunities in the NE.
Pray for more workers to join the Songs in the harvest field.
East Asia: Mongolia Living Faith Church
Please pray for church growth in quality and quantity.
Please pray for God's protection and good health over our family members.
Please pray for the monthly mission trips to Umnudelger and Nalaikh. Please pray that church members and leaders can be encouraged by the visits.
3. South Asia: GEMS
Pray for various NGOs like GEMS that strives in the transformation of the society through various social projects.
Pray for the Indian Evangelical Churches (IEC) that is transcending boundaries in reaching the unreached and planting churches.
Pray for St. Paul’s School for its various efforts in producing leaders of equality and justice.
4. South Asia: CCI Bangladesh
Pray for the CCI tentmakers program as they equip themselves for the field.
Pray that new believers will stand firm in faith and to serve the Lord faithfully amid persecution.
5. Central Asia: C&M
Pray for good time of rest and recovery as C&M spend some time at the HQ of their Missions Organisation in USA. Pray as they understand each other’s strengths and weaknesses in their marriage.
Pray for the team, that they will continue to grow in the Lord healthily. And pray for a new location for the office, that has a bigger yard.
Pray for the spiritual, emotional and physical growth of C&M’s sons.

Pray that the Church Camp Organising Committee will be empowered by the Holy Spirit in their planning so that they may be able to discern and align all activities and programs to the Father’s desire and will for the church.

Pray for every member to catch the vision of reaching our community at Serangoon Central, Lorong Lew Lian and Lorong Ah Soo Communities.
Pray for the individual residents to encounter Jesus Christ and receive Him as their personal Saviour.
Pray for the homeless, poor, needy and elderly staying alone – to experience the love of Jesus Christ through our block blessings and visits.
Pray for PLMC to be a “safe place” to receive all people - as we serve God in reaching the communities for Christ.
- Good Friday & Easter Evangelistic Service 2024
A bountiful harvest of people responding to the Gospel
Residents in the community receptive to the church invitation to the Good Friday and Easter Services
Congregation to have the boldness, courage and urgency to reach out to their circle of influence, relatives and friends – either by befriending, caring and sharing the Gospel to them
- Spiritual Covering over our children and youths
Spiritual covering over their minds and lives so that they may cultivate and possess the spiritual discernment to test the spirits and ideologies and to choose the good and approved will of God.
Parents will commit to disciple their children in the ways of God and through their godly examples.
The church stand as one, to protect these young ones against all worldly influences, spiritual attacks and ungodly ideologies by praying for them, nurturing them in the Word of God and modeling for them what godliness is.

Director, Mandarin Service
Job Overview
Working closely with the Pastor overseeing the “Livingstones” Mandarin Service, the Director provides leadership, and shepherds and nurtures the spiritual growth of the congregation, while ensuring that the ministry work aligns with the overall church direction so that the congregation is blessed.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and oversee the Mandarin ministry and all related activities.
Preach and teach regularly (Sunday services, funerals, and church events)
Provide spiritual support, counselling, and pastoral care to worshippers.
Guide and work closely with staff and co-workers to plan and execute programmes.
Provide leadership and guidance to all sub-ministries as well as mobilise worshippers to follow church direction.
Identify, equip, mentor, and empower potential leaders as part of leadership development and discipleship training.
Assist in pulpit roster planning.
Do simultaneous translation for Pastors/English-speaking speakers.
Requirements
Bachelor in Theology or equivalent
At least 5 years’ relevant experience in the areas of pastoral care and/or preaching.
Proven leadership ability within a church or ministry setting.
An effective team leader with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to minister and connect with people of diverse cultural backgrounds and age groups, including the seniors, families and youths.
Excellent communication skills and effectively bilingual in Chinese and English
Ability to work independently, matched with good planning and organizational skills.
Willingness to work on weekends and non-traditional schedules.

PROGRAMME STAFF, HOPE STUDENT CARE CENTRE (PART TIME)
BASIC ROLE
The Programme staff supports the Superintendent in the development of programs for students. She/He will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Student Care Centre, which includes but not limited to the following:
Implement and executes programs for the students
Supervise and guide the children (Primary 1 to 6) in their study to ensure completion of daily homework

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and provide guidance to the students in their studies.

Plans, prepare, and execute programs with the Staff to enhance the total development of the students.
Assist with administrative duties (Enrolment, collection of forms) and upkeep of centre premises.
Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to student centre.
Preparation of progress reports for each student.
Participates and support in the Centre’s programmes. (In-house, Outdoor and Outreach)
Performs all other related duties described herein or such other duties as shall be assigned by the Superintendent from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Minimum “O” Level or higher with tutoring experience with Primary school students is advantageous
Able to teach Primary School Subjects
Passionate about working with children
Possess good communication and classroom management skills
Creative and loving energy with a positive disposition
