MSR Rolling Stock

Probably one of the finest rolling stock creations compatible in style with the Mamod range of rolling stock. MSR developed a working crane car and boom tender. The image above is of a replica of one of the original MSR Crane and Boom Tender models. The boom tender in the model shown uses the a Mamod type open wagon body. MSR actually made all their own body work. The only Mamod component used being a turned down loco wheel to operate the crane on the opposite side of the model.

MSR made a range of rolling stock, including 3 styles of Tank Wagon. There was one in yellow branded "Shell", one in green branded "BP", and an "ESSO" version in silver. The image above is a faithful recreation of one of MSR's Tank Wagons, using a number of original MSR components. The flat car was used by MSR to produce a Lumber Wagon and a Log Car.
