I was glad that I tried to post a "February Flowers" piece each day.
Joined another ATART!
More February Flowers.
I posted a LOT of my ATCs to Instagram this month. Most were in groups of four for swaps on ATCsForAll.com
Alcohol marker experiment, using just three pens. Witch. Inspired by Picasso.
"Sketch Your Day" swap on ATCsForAll.com
MeWe swap, some other swap, extra Monet Mini.
Pigs Swap on ATCsForAll.com
Dragon Swap? Where's the fourth card?
Two alcohol ink versions of Mona....
Blue and Green Swap on ATCsForAll
I always make too many cards for an ATART. I think all of these eventually traded.
I briefly joined a Facebook group that did swaps. The theme for this was "Under the Sea."
Cards #1389-#1425 were made in May. Prismacolor pencil, alcohol maker on Yupo, and the first alcohol marker on Yupo using the "subtraction method..."
Cards #1426-1467.
I joined a "Challenge ATART" and I think I completed every challenge. A lot of cards were made... but quite a few of them were very bad. In the journal, I recorded a day-to-day description of the event, which seemed important at the time.
I was totally delighted with these cards for a swap on ATCsForAll.com: I made single-celled creatures in a single cell of a spreadsheet!
I don't usually do fantasy art...
but I joined this swap anyway...
Cards #1468-1506
For this swap, the host send each of us an ATC with just one word on it. Each participant added illustrations.
I join needlework swaps whenever they are offered.
One of the ATART challenges was to design your own stamp!
I think I will eventually add a page about ATARTs!
Cards 1507-1517: the smallest number of cards for any month since February 2020. I think we were traveling.
I joined two swaps.
Cards 1518-1566. I joined a LOT of Halloween swaps! The first was an Addams Family Swap.
Still MORE Monet Minis.
The theme of this swap: explain your ATCsForAll.com user name!
Owl swap for the MeWe group.
Haunted House swap.
Eventually I hope to add the swap names and hosts for these...
oops. a duplicate
For a ghost swap.
I made a lot MORE Halloween cards, and also joined several swaps. A fun month! Cards 1567-1628
In Halloween colors...
This card is called an "Interactive X card"
...with Adam
Glow in the dark vinyl: three from SVG files via the Cricut. One freehand
Prismacolor pencil, Cricut SVG, freehand cutout, Cricut SVG
One was from a tutorial. (I'll link it later)
I loved the Cricut glo cards, but they didn't trade well.
Interactive X cards and one shaker card, custom made for my friend Vicki
Days 1-4
Days 5-6
Days 7 and 8
Inspired by Wayne Thiebaud, a swap on ATCsForAll.com
Acrylic Paint on Stonehenge Black watercolor paper.
I paint variations of this design often. Darker than usual, and using Metallic watercolors and Alcohol markers.
Windmill in acrylic, two studies of the same scene in acrylic, two studies in alcohol marker on Yupo.
Art made for an ATART in December 2022.
