OV NAP Meeting Minutes & Agendas

Prior to the creation of OV NAP, public meetings were held at the Oakwood Village Public Library for the Oakwood Vaughan Safe Growth Strategy. Since 2016, on the last Wednesday of every month (December excepted), members of the Oakwood Vaughan Neighbourhood Action Partnership have met in the Maria A. Shchuka Library (1745 Eglinton Ave. W.) to discuss and present information on matters relating to the Oakwood-Vaughan area. Meetings are open to the public, and are typically attended by residents in the community and representatives of not-for-profit groups, community organizations, and government officials and bodies; consider this introduction your invitation to attend.

In this section you will find OV NAP's record of its own history: an agenda laying out the subjects and order of discussion for each meeting of the steering committee (including upcoming meetings), and meeting minutes containing a detailed record of the discussion which took place on the designated date; the minutes, admittedly, do not always correspond to the items on the given agenda. Additionally, and where applicable, supplementary material, such as government documents, flyers for community programs, and other relevant items referenced during a meeting are included alongside the month's agenda and minutes, so as to ease and complement understanding of any discussion included in the latter.

The items are organized chronologically; complementary material in each sub-section is organized by subject.
