FIND A BALANCE: Stay consistent with study & protect your peace, energy, & mindset
I will allow myself a minimum of 1 rest day within a 7-day period to support occupational balance and implementation of self-care strategies.
I will engage in at least one 30-minute movement break each study day (e.g. walking, stretching, JustDance) to reset focus, reduce stress, improve attention, and move my body.
I will engage in social time with family and friends at least 1x per week to keep me grounded outside of school, garner support through stressful times, and remind me I cannot live in study-mode.
I will improve self-confidence & self-esteem in capabilities as evident through completion of validated self-assessments intermittently, to support an efficient test-taking mentality.
