Linconazole is used to treat three types of fungal infections: tinea corporis (ringworm; fungal skin infection that causes a red, scaly rash on different parts of the body), tinea cruris (jock itch; fungal infection of the skin in the groin or buttocks), and tinea pedis (athlete's foot). Luliconazole belongs to the group of antifungal drugs known as azoles. It functions by reducing the rate at which infection-causing fungus grow.
USES OF LULICONAZOL
Skin infections like ringworm, jock itch, and athlete's foot are treated with leviolanazole. An azole antifungal called liconazole functions by stopping the fungus from growing.
