Practical Earth Science
This course is one in a series of two-one year courses intended to be an introduction to high school level science for struggling learners. Its focus is on learning for success at the high school level. Practical Earth Science studies the basics of earth and space science. Topics include mapping the earth's surface, the earth and moon system, studies in astronomy, studies in geology, studies in meteorology, the earth's water systems, erosion, the history of the earth and forces that change the surface of the earth.
