Students will set SMART goals and create personal fitness plans. Progress and goals will be assessed and monitored to maximize mental and physical health benefits. Systems of the body, and foundation functional movements for strength training are also included in the curriculum. Students will also spend a significant portion of the curriculum studying the digestive system and nutrition. Students will learn about the 6 essential nutrients and why they are beneficial in their lives.
