Course Description: In Spynergy, students will acquire the knowledge and skills to participate in an activity that will create a foundation for a healthy lifestyle. The student will assess their own fitness level, set personal fitness goals, as well as be able to track and measure their performance each ride. Through physical activity on a stationary bike, this lower impact activity will be suitable for all individuals. Students will improve their overall fitness by focusing on improving strength, increasing speed and power, and developing endurance.Â
