Problem
A user cannot access a shared or team account they should have permission to use.
Symptoms

Account not visible in the user's list of accessible accounts.
Access worked previously but was recently removed.
Possible Causes
Permissions not granted or recently revoked.
Team membership changes not yet reflected.
Shared account credentials changed without notice.
Licensing or seat limits reached for the shared account.
Resolution
Step 1
Confirm with a team lead or administrator that access should currently be granted.
Step 2
Check if recent team or role changes affected permissions.
Step 3
Verify the shared account's credentials haven't changed.
Step 4
Check if a licensing or seat limit has been reached for the account.
Step 5
Request access to be re-granted through the appropriate administrator.
Prevention
Document who has access to shared accounts.
Review shared account permissions after team changes.
