The goal of the course is to give students a thorough understanding of theory and practise in the measurement of construction works for precast concrete structures, steel structures, timber structures, block works, and renovation/alteration works using the standard method of measurement of buildings works (SMM). Students will receive instruction on creating timetables and sample bills of measurements.
