The measuring section will include mechanical and electrical services, as well as measurement techniques for doors, windows, roofs, and finishes. The estimating portion includes preliminaries, prime cost, provisional sum, pro rata, wood works, steel works, roofing, plastering, finishing, painting, glazing work, mechanical and electrical services.
