ABOUT

The BSc. (Hons) Construction Management programme is designed to give students the skills they need to succeed in the field. It is a thorough programme that includes many different facets of construction management with an emphasis on process, analysis, and in-depth knowledge of theories and methods used in building and development.

The Program Educational Objectives (PEO) for the BSc. (Hons) Construction Management programme are designed to support the university's vision of becoming a premier institution of academic excellence and the national aspiration to transform the construction industry by fostering ethical, dynamic, and competitive construction project practitioners. The program's main goal is to prepare its alumni for employment as soon as they graduate. As a result, the curriculum is created to incorporate as much application and real-world practise as possible.

A lot of updates and enhancements have been made to this programme over the course of its more than 40-year existence in order to keep up with the present and foreseeable needs of the business. A large portion of the employees at the centre is engaged in research and consulting and has previous experience working in the industry. As this curriculum is a continuation of a 3-year diploma programme linked with a 6-month period of industrial placement, students holding a Diploma in Building from UiTM may be able to move through fast-track initiatives.
