If you see a “No Data Available” message in the modcore Extension Manager, it means the requested data could not be displayed. This message can appear for several reasons, including:
Temporary server issues or backend errors preventing data retrieval.
A local cache problem within the extension.
There is actually no data to show — for example, when using beta versions or during testing/experimental phases.
Data synchronization delays between the client and server.
Unexpected code or API response changes on the server side.
Step 1: Verify Your Connection
Make sure you are online and your internet connection is stable.
If your network connection is fine, refresh the data or reload modcore Extension Manager to retry fetching the content.
Step 2: Check for Server or Beta Conditions
If you’re using a beta version or experimental build, note that some data sources may be unavailable temporarily.
Step 3: Resolve Local Issues
Restart your browser and reopen the extension.
Go to Options → Backup & Restore → Data Management to clear outdated or corrupted local data.
If the issue persists after clearing the cache, try disabling and re-enabling the extension to refresh its environment.
Step 4: When to Contact Support
If you’ve confirmed that your connection is stable, the cache has been cleared, and the issue still occurs, please contact support with:
