Patreon & Payment Terms

By supporting modcore through Patreon, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Voluntary Support: Payments made via Patreon are voluntary contributions to support the ongoing development of modcore’s open-source and free tools. They do not constitute a "purchase" of software unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific premium digital assets.

• Third-Party Processing: All financial transactions, billing, and account management are handled exclusively by Patreon. modcore never sees, stores, or processes your credit card or banking details.

• Membership Benefits: While we strive to provide rewards (e.g., Discord roles, early access), modcore reserves the right to modify, add, or remove membership tiers and benefits at any time.

• Content Ownership: modcore retains full ownership and intellectual property rights over all posts, code, and media shared on the Patreon platform.

• Refunds & Revocation: modcore reserves the right to revoke access to Patreon-exclusive content or community areas (e.g., Discord) if a user violates community guidelines. Refunds are subject to Patreon’s internal policies.
