This message means modcore tried to request data but didn’t get a valid response.
In most cases, this is temporary and resolves on its own.
Temporary server issues or downtime
Connection interruptions
Too many requests in a short time
Outdated version of the extension
Corrupted or outdated local data
Check and retry
Make sure your internet connection is stable
Wait a few seconds and try again
If you’re using a VPN or similar tools, disable them briefly and test again.
Update and restart
Ensure you’re on the latest version
Restart your browser and reopen modcore
Clear local data
Go to:
Options → modcore Snapshot → Data Management
This refreshes the local environment and can fix broken or outdated data.
Check extensions
If you recently added or updated another extension, disable it temporarily to rule out interference.
Wait a few minutes and try again. If the issue doesn’t go away, report it with:
