Cross Credentialing a User

It is sometimes necessary to adjust the sites at which a certain user is credentialed to access. For example, if we have a new store coming on and you have an existing manager traveling to that site to assist. They would obviously need access to that site in StorAlly. 

Credentialing an Existing User for Another Site

1. Login to StorAlly.

2. Click the person icon at the top right and switch to "Administration".

3. Select the "Security" option.

4. Select the "User" option.

5. Locate the user you're looking for and click to open their access settings.

6. Click the dropdown at the top and select "Assign Stores".

7. Select specific sites on the left, or select all by checking the box at the top of the list.

8. Click the right arrow to move those sites over to the right column labeled Active Stores.

9. Select "Save" at the bottom.
