This must be done before the expenses are submitted.
If you need to edit or delete an expense before you have submitted it, navigate to the Out of Pocket Expenses page.
Click the green checkmark out next to the expense you need to edit or delete.
In the new window that comes up, you'll see your transaction out to the left, along with the total for that transaction. Click it to open.
From here you may edit the expense, or you can click Delete at the bottom left.
Follow the prompts to complete the edit, or to Delete the expense altogether.
