Warehouse Anywhere (WA) is a nationwide company that works directly with business clients to determine their storage needs and set them up with a facility that can meet those needs. Those needs may include a climate-controlled space, package acceptance, electricity-ready spaces, etc.
WA has been provided with a list of our facilities, as well as the current amenities offered at each. The WA team will obtain any necessary approvals from the Regional Director and/or DVP to ensure the facility can meet the needs of the WA client before moving forward with any type of rental.
Once a facility is secured, Warehouse Anywhere handles all of the logistics - the rental, lease agreement, payments, and all correspondence with the storage facility. The business client simply accesses the space as needed and communicates directly with Warehouse Anywhere.
When WA receives a request from a client needing storage solutions, they will assign one of their Customer Representatives to address that client's needs.
That WA Customer Rep will then determine which of our facilities would be the best option based on location & known amenities.
WA will send an email (see example to the right) to the Store, copying in the RD and the DVP to confirm that there is a space available which can meet the amenities request of their client.
The RD and/or DVP will approve the request and notify WA via email. Approval should be sent within 24 hours of receiving the request, especially in cases of package acceptance.
WA will then complete the rental using our online portal, enrolling in AutoPay and signing the Lease Agreement themselves on behalf of their client.
WA will also send an email to the store, copying in the RD and DVP, which contains the Certificate of Insurance (COI) and any other documentation required.
