Booking Link: Homewood Suites

This is a very convenient hotel for the MTI but the reservation system is not ideal.  Two things:

1. If you search for a room for 3 it will only show you the King bed Suites, not the Studios.  However, the Studios also have a pull out couch so can sleep 3.  If the Suites are sold out for 3+, look for 2 and see if there are Studios left. 

2. There is a bug in reservation system that you may encounter if you try to book one room and THEN attempt to book another room by selecting Book Another Room.  You will see that the special rate for the MTI is no longer shown and it says it sold out.  In order to work around this bug do the following:

1. Take a copy of the link: https://www.hilton.com/en/book/reservation/rooms/?ctyhocn=BALCMHW&arrivalDate=2024-06-27&departureDate=2024-07-01&groupCode=MDT&room1NumAdults=1

2. Once you confirm your reservation for a room do not use the Book Another Room option, do not use your browsers' arrow to go back.  Instead enter the link you copied in step one into your browser again.  

3. Complete your reservation.
