As a lifelong learner, I always believed in identifying professional learning goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-based (SMART). This artifact will demonstrate the educational and professional pathways that I have taken to pursue as I continue to reflect and develop growth-mindset as a socio-cultural, innovative, and digital literacy educator. My philosophy of teaching has always been empowering learner's voice and choice, providing autonomous and student-centered learning, providing nurturing and meaningful educational environments, and developing authentic learning experiences with digital literacy and fluency.
