This artifact demonstrates how established, embedded, and continuously evolving best practices and guidelines serve as a strong basis for designing learning experiences for targeted learners, which in my case would be teachers as my students. With the ongoing realities in our society, the online/virtual delivery of my professional development to teachers has been great learning experiences. These experiences provided deep realizations and identifying meaningful ways to support teachers and students in their innovative digital classroom environments. El Paso ISD teachers and secondary students have MacBook laptops , while elementary students have iPads (as class sets). Though my district is still addressing the device gaps in elementary, my team and I continue to prepare teachers for the upcoming school year using active and blended learning best practices as part of teachers' professional development.
