As a socio-cultural, innovative, and digital literacy educator, my advocacy is to promote and actively support equitable access to all students and school community stakeholders on technology or digital content, devices, resources, and learning opportunities based on the diverse needs of learners. When designing professional learning experiences among teachers and campus leaders, who are my "students", it is highly important to provide differentiation in all aspects of their learning and to support them according to their specific and targeted needs. Thus, the pedagogy of culture/environment/professional ethics, differentiation/scaffolding, digital learning, collaboration, and standards alignment are some of the best practices that have to be integrated with emphasis and purposeful intention as shown in the artifact.
