As teachers are my students, there is value and importance in providing personalized learning experiences, independent learning, and differentiated learning among participants through meeting their individual learning needs and styles, using technologies that can support in delivering the content effectively, and providing appropriate challenges to support the development of their critical thinking skills, organization and planning, time management, collaborative work, and many more. When my students are motivated to learn, then become more receptive to developing a growth mindset and taking ownership of their learning, which would hopefully lead to turning around and implementing these best practices in their own classrooms.
