Reflection

This artifact provided teachers (who are my students) the professional development and learning experiences to use effective and meaningful variety of assessments to identify students strengths, gaps, learning styles/preferences, voice and choice/autonomy, etc. in order to adjust and/or enhance their learning, Furthermore, this artifact demonstrates how teachers developed a better understanding of student ownership and self-directed learning based on culture, relationships, professional ethics, communication, collaboration, assessments, and the like.
