This artifact demonstrates how teachers (who are my students) dove deep in a professional learning experience that modeled creation of shared values, social norms and goals around a real-world/authentic challenge. This included setting up space and time for teachers to collaborate interdependently, owning up to their learning experiences, being able to have autonomy in their learning, setting their individual and team goals, reflecting on their learning, and showing their level of competency and mastery.
