I have included a note from for a follow up phone call that was made between a parent and I in request of changing her childs after school class that did not align with our criteria.
My role with this experience was the facilitator and administrator of our after school program.
It aligns with Judgment and Problem Analysis because I identify the elements of a problem situation by analyzing relevant information, framing issues, identifying possible causes and reframing possible solutions.
As a future Principal, when someone calls with a request, I need to gather all of the appropriate information prior to calling back. I have learned to listen thoroughly to a parents concern before responding . Lastly, that I have to communicate with my support staff (secretaries) that are receiving phone calls and requests, so there is not mixed information given.

I have included the Director of Finance presentation about District 196 budget changes and financial concerns at a teacher leader meeting.
My role with this experience was an observer.
It aligns with judegment ad problem analysis competency because as a team of administrators we reached logical conclusions by making quality, timely decisions based on available information.
As a future principal, I have learned the district may make decisions that can have positive and negative effects in your school building. It is the building principals job to carry out the message and/or belief with an understanding of who it will impact in your building.

Bullying Report
I have included district 196 bullying investigation form.
My role with this experience was an observer.
It aligns with judgement and problem analysis competency because I identified and gave priority to significant issues. Due to the parent using the language "bullying" I immediately reported this incident to the building principal to investigate.
As a future principal, I learned when a parent or child uses the word bullying, I have to do a thorough investigation of the allegations and document my findings using the district protocol. I cannot allow my opinions or personal beliefs curve my investigation.
