As a future principal, I have learned that there are many voices and steps in determining a leader. Committies are looking for canidates that can easily build relationship, have done their research on the school and district and truly believes in a collaborative environment.
I have included three teacher observations on middle school teachers during summer school.

As a future principal, I learned that it is important to have a framework that aligns with what you are looking for in a teacher evaluation beacuse you can not evaluate and reflect on everything with the teacher each time. This is where a pre-conference would have been important to narrow in on what the goal of the observation was.
I have included the interview questions used to interview a 0.5 3rd grade position and a speech and language specialist position.

As a future principal, I learned the importance of taking notes and that anything your write down can be shared if needed. It is my job to be extremely professional and use the interview questions as a criteria within our selection.
