I have included the presentaitons to the 1:1 trainings around technology integrated witin our instuctional workshops.
My role in this experience was the facilitator and leader.
This experiene aligns with Curriculum Planning and Development for the Success of all Learners compentency because I appropriately used learning technologies.
As a future a principal, I learned that implementation of new materials is easily overwhelming. It is important that you model and teach the materials appropriately where teachers can see how it will enhance student learning. This was an opportunity for teachers to begin to plan using innovative and engaging tools.

As a future principal, I learned that when you are planning instructional opportunites it is valuable to consider the students choice who it will impact the most.

Elementary New Teacher Training
I have included an outline of the different focus points for each professional training as well as details behind the rationale of the new teacher learning sessions.
My role in this experience was the facilitator.
This experience aligns with Curriculum Planning and Development for the Success of all Learners compentency because I demonstrated the ability to develop, implement and monitor procedures to align, sequence and articulate curriculum and validate curricular procedures.
As a future principal, I learned that it is my job to create learning opportunities for teachers to learn the curriculum. I also learned that it is my responsibility to make sure all of my teachers are willing to learn and implement the curriculum as well.
