In 2018, Georgetown Catholic Justice qualified for USA Ultimate Nationals for the first time in school history after the greatest performance at Atlantic Coast Regionals, which made it to #5 of ESPN Sportscenter Top Ten.

Trash bags - always throw away your team's trash (clemntine peels, food wrappers, empty water or Gatorade bottles, etc.) to leave each sideline nicer than when you arrived - one trash bag per player per backpack to protect from the rain - prepare for rain every time you go anywhere to play ultimate,
Protein bars/shakes for every player to consume 20g of protein within 30 minutes of the end of Saturday's games to begin the body's recovering process to perform at your peak on Sunday
