Positive physical habits: Sleep 8 hours, Do 15 push ups, Do 30 crunches, Hold a plank for 60 seconds (straight and on each side), Take a morning cold shower, Exercise for at least 20 minutes, Run 1 mile, Bike 4 miles, Four-way hip stretching, Foam roll your muscles, Online yoga classes, Don't drink alcohol, Wear clothes that are comfortable and make you feel confident, Take an afternoon nap, Stop eating at least 1 hour before bed, Stop looking at your phone at least 1 hour before bed (and don't look at your phone for the first hour of tomorrow).
