There is a modernized version of Ancient Freyinarian, known as Freyiki. This version of Freyinarian is spoken by some small communities around the world. It is also now used mostly in spells and spell recipes. People mostly use them for spells where you have to say something out loud to cover up crimes as most common folk can't read Freyiki. Schools in Lycaurica do teach kids to read Freyiki in currentday times, however most other schools around Lenstruyna and other countries do not. Modern-day Freyinarian/Freyiki shows up on phonebirds wings - It translates to the name of its current owner. This is also used for phone essence (phone numbers).

Freyiki has a distinct set of letters that are also used as words. So, the letter ⌧︎ is X, but also means "life." The name Varilynn could be written as ♉︎♋︎❒︎♥♒︎❒︎𖥔𖥔 but it could also be written as its meaning, ♑︎♐︎☠︎ (jjubedhsek/brave) but it ends up sounding completely different from that name. Another alternative is to write it to sound as close as possible to the original, disregarding letter word equivalents, like ♉︎❒︎● (vyrrafin).
