Nyangeryne Pomeowlo Apelsin

Nyangeryne Pomeowlo Apelsin, also known often as just Nyan, is one of the main characters. She is a tall, chubby cat that looks similar to a tangerine.  She is very energetic and cheerful. She practices an unknown magic type she was born with, where she can summon vines and tangerines. She is interested in terra magic but can't practice it. She works at an office-resources store.

Personality

Altruist 》Nyangeryne is very cheerful and kind to those around her. Like Mira, Nyangeryne is never mad at anyone; if she is, she hides it. Nyangeryne has a strong desire to make everyone around her as happy as possible and help others even if she gets nothing in return. Being a fruitcat, she also naturally makes people livelier and happier.

Optimistic 》Nyangeryne tries her best to see the good in situations and people, even when the situation/person clearly is bad. She is often not aware she's doing this, but if she is, she'll use it to the best of her ability to cheer people up about not-so-great situations.

Easily distracted 》Nyangeryne has a fairly short attention span, especially when talking to people, and gets distracted very easily. Contrarily, this seems to not be the case when she's doing something she loves, instead, she gets too focused on it.

Reticent 》Nyangeryne hides a lot about herself, and will not readily reveal it unless she's very close to someone. When you're around her, you get the feeling that she's hiding something big that's eating at her, wanting to know all her secrets.

Indifferent 》Often unintentionally, Nyangeryne will appear disinterested/indifferent. She will often not know how to react to people's emotions other than happiness, so anything else causes her to not know how to react and stay silent.

 Uncommunicative 》Nyangeryne finds it difficult to communicate her feelings with those around her. She doesn't know how to express discomfort or sadness or how to comfort people, often leading people to believe she just doesn't care, however, she cares a lot and just doesn't know how to express it properly.

Backstory

Nyangeryne was raised almost her entire life in an adoption center, where no one adopted her. Because of this, she was thrown out by the center when she was almost an adult and forced to fend for herself.

Before Nyangeryne was placed in the adoption center, she was originally an actual tangerine, casted the fruitcat spell by a crocodile-like creature. This creature gave her a necklace and a piece of paper, then admitted her to the center. All she remembers is the vague face of the person, but she wants to find her creator someday, even though it isn't likely to ever happen.

 Though Nyangeryne found it easy to make friends as a younger cat, she eventually figured out that she, one day, wouldn't see them again. Because of this, she slowly stopped talking to her friends at the center, knowing it wouldn't mean anything to her or them when she would be adopted. However, her friends viewed it as her pushing them away, and started to dislike her. She was confused, as she thought they too knew they'd be adopted, but she didn't know how to tell them this in fear they'd hate her even more. Eventually, she was kicked out of the center, and regretted it, wishing she could've known she would be there for years.

After being kicked out, Nyangeryne learned to survive on the streets. She would get money from other people, occasionally having to steal at the mall. Eventually, at age 23, she found a job and there she met Bananya, quickly becoming friends with him, as he was the first other fruitcat she met. Bananya also worked at the office store, so he would occasionally help her if she needed it. Nyangeryne really only learned to communicate with others properly at this job, and not genuinely. She thought everyone spoke with a false retail worker niceness, but this would slowly change by meeting new friends.

Love for gardening

Once Nyangeryne had enough money to buy a house, at 24, she decided to buy a humble little cabin near a lake. Nyangeryne found out what gardening was, and flowers, and immediately became obsessed. She slowly started to expand her garden and found a love for it. She also grows her food, which is various fruits, flowers, and vegetables. She even found out how to grow seeds from her fruitcat magic, which grows mini-fruitcats that she eats.
