Personality

Kind 》Mira is of course very kind to everyone she meets. Unless it's someone she knows is a bad person, she will always be very nice and be interested in them. She almost never gets mad at people unless she knows them well. However, this can be bad for her, as she doesn't know how to say no and sometimes people may take advantage of her kindness.

Curious 》Mira is a curious person, she loves to know things and ask questions. Some people may find this annoying, but it just means she's interested in something or needs more clarification. In Mira's words, she "could just ask someone questions for hours."

Anxious 》Even though everyone gets anxious, Mira is extreme. She dreads any big decision she has to make and any type of conflict. It's easy for her to show this physically as well, she often starts trembling, breathing heavily, or her heart will start beating rapidly.

Forgetful 》Mira forgets a lot of things very easily. She may forget important moments, or even sometimes important people in her life, and it leaves her feeling confused and irritated. She tries to cling on to memories for even just a little bit longer by writing them down and sometimes making doodles of them, and this usually works for her, but not always. The few moments that haven't been lost in memories are the very traumatic things that have happened to her, and they often appear in the form of her nightmares/dreams.

Codependent 》Mira is codependent to the people around her, finding it difficult to say no to things, and people-pleasing out of fear of abandonment. This also leads to indecisiveness and an inability to make decisions without asking her friends or family. Many friends in the past have left her due to her being too clingy, and she deeply wishes she could get rid of this trait of hers.

Passive-aggressive 》Mira avoids direct conflict and confrontation at all times. After all, it usually always ends up badly for her when she doesn’t avoid it. Because of this, they can be very passive-aggressive when they're bothered or upset but don't want to confront someone about it. She often makes these remarks instead of actually talking about her feelings, which is often the reason that her past partners broke up with her. To someone who doesn't know her, this can even make her seem self-absorbed, but it truly is just her not liking confrontation.

Backstory

Mira was born an only child in Kunst Ispolnitel, Olbania in a large farm environment with her mother Enya, and father Lukas. Enya worked part-time on the farm and in an office, while Lukas used all his time for the farm until he had church on Sundays. The farm had many animals, such as cows, mozyles, vessies, chickens, and pigs. At some point, they also had a meowcken, that was given away for adoption.

She lived a decent life with good parents, being active and energetic often. A year after she was born though, Eden was born and she had a friend and sister. Early on in her life, she became a Love Messenger for an Olban Freyist church, and this is how she met all of her friends. 

As teenagers, Eden and Mira ended up not really getting along. This was due to her falling in love with someone at school who made constant death threats to Mira. It caused an argument that eventually caused them to drift away from each other entirely.

Elysya

At school, she at first found it hard to make friends. It wasn't as easy as being a kid in church. But she did eventually make some of her closest friends, and one of these would be Zuri.

She had heard the news of the new kid, a young opposum boy whose parents abandoned him. She felt bad for him as everyone avoided him like the plague, and attempted to socialize with him. At first, it was hard but he did open up to her a bit. They slowly became best friends, and she bought him a laptop which he would text her on. Even after Larissa became Zuri's girlfriend, she and Zuri were still close and often included Larissa in their hangouts like Larissa was another one of their friends.

Military

Mira used to work for the government, starting when she was 17 and she worked there for about 4 years. Mira has a tattoo on their back that people who work for the government get. Although, at 21, Mira got kicked out of the military because of her 'friend' Carmegno lying about her and her other friend being in a relationship. She's now rather glad of this, as her mother is in the military anyway, and she doesn't think well of the government.

Military Friends

Mira made or attempted to make friends with some of the other soldiers, notably Carmegno. Carmegno had a crush on Mira, but Mira was oblivious to this and treated him as a simple friend. Because of this, Carmegno ended up hating her but obsessing over her at the same time. She also met Kassandra Komena; and Calliope, a three-eyed swan, who she is still friends with to this day.

Lucy

At this point, when she was soon turning 18, Mira had moved out of her parent's home, into a small cabin in the forest. This was because she met a charming seal named Lucy, who she fell in love with as they were both obsessed with nature, gardening, and forests. She and Lucy moved in together, and they started a large garden that Lucy used to sell at the marketplace. But around 2 years into the relationship, Mira broke up with Lucy, which she told her was for mental health reasons.

New House, New Job, New Pet

After the breakup, Mira decided to move into a new house as the cabin reminded her too much of Lucy. She and Varilynn decided to move into a house together as Varilynn didn't wanna live alone but didn't wanna live with their parents. She also decided to become a Love Messenger again, even if she felt the same feelings about the religion, she thought it might be fun as her dad was a messenger there.

Bastet

One late night, Mira decided to go to the local garden known as 'Cultivate Cove.' It was there that she found a strange black blob. She touched it and it...transformed into a cat? It meowed loudly. Mira gasped excitedly, yelling "Kitty!" as she held out her hand to the black blob cat thing. It rubbed its slimy body along her hand, making a noise similar to purring, but not quite. Even with this creature's strangeness, Mira was eager to take it home. That night she took it home and tried to feed it, although it wouldn't take food or water. Since she knew Varilynn was educated about pet behaviors, she took the cat to him. He screamed, "That is NOT a cat!!!"

Later, he elaborated. "It's a Kosdresheru Shadowshifter. They rarely ever interact with people like that, unless you're chosen...or something." Mira figured the "cat" had chosen her to be its owner. Mira thought the creature was adorable, and so did Varilynn, albeit a little creeped out. They figured out the creature could understand what they were saying even if it couldn't speak, so they figured out some things about her by her nodding to questions. Varilynn decided to name her Bastet.

• Mira's favorite flowers are Forget-me-nots.

• Her favorite drink is arrowroot tea.

• Their favorite food is melonpan.

• Mira's favorite fruit is Kujiipich.

• Mira practices more types of magic than most people usually do, this is because since she used to work for the government, they needed to practice many types of magic for various reasons.

• They are bisexual. (fem lean)

• Her first name is based on the name "Sławomira."

• Her first name is pronounced "Sil-la-meer-ah".

• Her favorite animals are axolotls. They have many axolotl-themed decorations and outfits.

• Mira likes indie/alternative pop music, and occasionally electronic music.

• Mira used to be allergic to cherries as a kid, though it went away when she got older. However, her bitter taste for it never went away.

• The long axolotl plush hanging on Miras room door was Zuri's birthday gift.

• Despite being warm constantly, Mira prefers the cold.

• Mira is terrible at lying.

• Mira used to be able to draw decently, but they got focused on other things and lost most of their artistic skill. 

• Miras biggest fears are dying alone, rejection, and heights.

• They don't draw much, but they have creativity that shines in other ways, such as coming up with creative solutions for problems. 

• Mira is fluent in two languages, English and Olbano, semi-fluent in Drakenati, and only knows a few words and phrases in Eskrian and German.

• Mira has the ability to go into her mind and essentially get into a coma-like state, while on the inside she's having a peaceful moment in their 'paradise' as they call it. The paradise is a simple field with some flowers and a bright blue sky full of puffy clouds.  This field is essentially endless as it's Mira's mind. Most of the time they use this ability to get away from stressful moments.

• Her favorite season is Autumn.

• Her beds sheets, blanket, and pillow have to be fire resistant, as she sometimes will randomly light up on fire in her sleep.

• Her horns didn't develop until she was around four, which is considered late for goatcats.

• They find the sound of rain and thunder very peaceful, however, she doesn't like the feeling of it as it hurts her.

• Mira has a bigger snout, which she is self-conscious of.

• Mira is unnaturally good at Mahjong.
