List of fruits
First Row
Najakun: A blue and pink fruit with orange leaves. It grows in Spring on a tree called "Gánekiju." The taste resembles cookies and cream ice cream, with a slightly tangy aftertaste. Used often in cocktails such as the Fairy Dust Cooler and Spring Jam. It is often described as "The Fairy Fruit", possibly because of the aforementioned Fairy Dust Cooler, but also possibly because of its colorfulness.
Kujiipich: Kujiipiches are pink fruit with big green leaves and long stems. The long stems are able to be played like a flute, making this rare fruit slightly famous. It tastes very sweet, similar to vanilla or strawberry shortcake, and feels very light. Kujiipiches also have slight fuzz on them. Many people use the leaves as a substitute for meat, as they taste oddly like pork.
Pinamesi: The pinamesi is a yellow-to-silver colored fruit. It is often fed to pets like Mozyles and Meowckens, as it naturally gives more energy. The taste slightly differs at the top and the bottom, as the yellow top part tastes similar to pineapples, but the silver bottom part slightly resembles the taste of kiwifruit with a salty aftertaste. The leaves also give some energy like the fruit, so they're also often eaten. Additionally, pinamesi's grow on Pinamesi Palm Trees on beaches.
Ryego Berry: Ryego Berries are red fruit with blue leaves. The fruit itself is not that popular and varies from a super sweet blueberry-like taste to a salty, bitter taste. However, the leaves have a property in them that makes those who eat them hallucinate, so they are often used as drugs. The leaves taste even more bitter than the berry can be, but it's common for the leaves to be dipped in sugar. The sugar also makes the hallucinogenic effects even stronger.
Second Row
Foonini Creku: Also spelled Founyni or Funini, Foonini Crekus are a small yellow fruit. The green spots are the seeds. These seeds are edible but don't taste very good. Foonini Crekus are popular for their usage in cocktails and teas, especially since "Foonini" is the name of a cocktail. They are also often put on other foods like waffles. The taste is a mix of mint and pancakes.
Lightning Berry: A very common berry to find in forests; Lightning Berries are orange fruits shaped like lightning bolts, obviously due to the name. The taste is strong and spicy, yet has a sweet aftertaste. Eating them will make you feel energized and stronger. Jerbolts love to munch on these.
Spikey Musupik: Spikey Musupiks are a common berry similar to grapes that grow on bushes. They can vary in color, the most common to find in the wild is purple but it is also possible to find red, blue, and pink variations. The taste of the fruit is a mix of canteloupe and apple. The spikes on the berries are crunchy and resemble an earthy, mushroom-like taste. Spikey Musupiks aren't all that sweet or flavorful but are popular in milkshakes and smoothies.
Crescent Melon: A rare fruit shaped like a crescent Moon. It tastes overwhelmingly sweet, some describe it as tasting like cupcakes drenched in frosting. It is very popular for cakes, some make strawberry shortcakes and use crescent melon pieces instead of strawberries.
Third Row
Guzeri: Guzeris are pink fruits that are very rare to find. The bits on it are jelly-like and taste like dark chocolate. The fruit itself doesn't taste very good unless sweetened, as it tastes like sour strawberries, and has a very rough texture. This fruit is widely disliked by most for its strange tastes and conflicting textures. The jelly-like bits on it are often eaten separately from the fruit as a snack.
Gae/Apango: Gae, also sometimes called Apangoes, are a common and very (in)famous invasive fruit that tastes like a very sweet apple mixed with mango. However, it isn't infamous for its sweetness, but for its seeds. The seeds are incredibly poisonous. If eaten, the consumer's eyes will be greatly affected; turning into purples, yellows, and reds. The intensity of this effect depends on how many seeds one has consumed. These seeds are also greatly addictive, leaving someone whos eaten it eccentric and wanting more, despite the effects. The permanent effect on the eyes will also make the consumer incredibly sensitive to light and only see purple/red tones in their eyesight.
Pepper Berry: This fruit is a common one to find on farms. It grows on bushes and is fairly easy to find, though isn't widely considered a great fruit. It gets its name for obviously resembling a pepper, but also because it tastes very spicy for a fruit. Though spicy, it is also sweet at the same time. The leaves are often used as a seasoning.
Zestrexeph/Pallas Berry: Zestrexeph or more commonly known as "Pallas Berry" is a fruit that comes from another planet, the same planet that Alqati live in; and adapted to grow properly on the planet they were taken to. They are considered an invasive species. This fruit is incredibly rare to find and usually is more findable in Ebrya. The effects of the fruit make it widely considered an infamous fruit, as it can cause those who eat it nauseous and hallucinations. These hallucinations don't ever feel good however and widely range from feeling omnipotent or feeling like you're in a void. Sometimes, the effects on those who eat the fruit can leave them traumatized. Of course, Alqati can handle these fruits just fine.
Fourth Row
Rzekaito: The rzekaito is a very juicy blue fruit that is shaped like a strawberry. Its taste is a mix of cherry and pineapple with a gummy texture. Its juice tastes very sweet, even sweeter than the actual fruit, and gives a boost in energy when drunk. The light blue spots are its seeds which don't have much flavor to them. Rzekaitos are mainly found in forests.
Kalvo: Kalvos are a berry that grow in the leaves of Cup-Leaved Purple Vines. These berries are usually found in clusters of two to three, usually soaked in the purple juice that is found in cup leaves. It has a peachy taste, with a hint of grape.
Embaatou: A red fruit that curls to resemble a cinnamon roll. Its taste resembles strawberry and banana smoothies with a subtle sourness. Since it's rolled like a cinnamon roll, it can be unrolled. The inside of it slightly resembles cinnamon rolls and has a sticky texture. The seeds taste like garlic and can be used as a garlic substitute, though it is very crunchy.
Jíyfreíus: Jíyfreíus is a turquoise fruit that grows underwater. The fruits name is in Eskrian, it is a combination of Jíydaat (Turquoise or literally "green-blue") and Vôfreíus (Literally "full of seeds", often used to describe pomegranates). These words themselves are combinations of other words, which makes the name of this fruit a fascinating one. The taste and texture of the fruit varies depending on how long its been growing underwater as it can take years to grow. When underwater for a long amount of time, the taste of the fruit itself will taste like blueberries with the texture of soggy bread. When just taken out of the water, it will taste like pistachio ice cream and have the texture of an apple. The seeds taste like pomegranate seeds.
