Read the Lycaurica comic on Webtoon, the Lycaurica Archives, or ComicFury!
Webtoons is great for the mobile format, Lycaurica Archives is good if you don't want distractions while reading + want the highest quality possible, and ComicFury contains transcripts for each page and doesn't require an account to view or comment on!

For writing scenes and character notes and such, I use Google Docs or Obsidian. For concepts/storyboarding I usually just draw in my sketchbook, but if I decide to do it digitally I draw in FireAlpaca and use Google Slides to get all the frames in one place.
I use the program Clip Studio Paint (the pro version) to draw for the comic itself. I use the font "Cheesecake" for most of the dialogue. You can find that font here.
