Blood Drive

Each fall and spring semester AED hosts a blood drive on Tower Drive through LifeShare Blood Centers. AED members, friends, and other individuals on campus are welcome to donate. The date for the Spring semester blood drive is currently TBD.

Women's Wellness Day

Our members volunteer with Baton Rouge Cardiology to help give EKGs and take blood pressures at the Irene W. Pennington Jr. Wellness Day for Women.

Tiger Miracle

Tiger Miracle is a 12 hour-long dance marathon that supports the Children's Miracle Network. The local Baton Rouge Children's Miracle Network hospital is Our Lady of the Lake Children's Hospital. Dancers raise at least $250 to donate and spend 12 hours supporting members of the Children's Miracle Network! The date of this year's event is TBD. Also, members who participate in Tiger Miracle will receive all their service points by attending the big event!

Geaux Big

Geaux Big is a giant day of service that allows LSU students from many organizations to serve the community. You will receive 2.5 service points for attending! Use the following link to sign up & make sure you select Alpha Epsilon Delta as your team! (A link will be posted in Spring 2025).

Spring Banquet

Each spring, AED holds a banquet to celebrate our new members and new executive board. New national members receive a free meal, but all new members are welcome! Details for this year's spring banquet will be posted during the spring semester.

National Convention

Join us in Birmingham, Alabama to present your research on a national level, create connections with pre-meds across the country, engage in interview and personal statement workshops, hear from professional speakers, and participate in ethics exercises, and service projects! The convention is February 26th-28th but we will be traveling from February 25th-March 1st. You must register by November 9th, as well as fill out this sign up form and registration confirmation. Pricing is $225 for national members and $250 for Non-members.
