Each fall and spring semester AED hosts a blood drive on Tower Drive through LifeShare Blood Centers. AED members, friends, and other individuals on campus are welcome to donate. This year's blood drive will be on 10/1 from 9am - 4pm!
Members will receive 1 service point for donating and a 1/2 service point for everyone who donates on their behalf.

Kaplan hosts free live online events throughout September and October centered around the MCAT and premed-related topics. Topics include MCAT science lessons, strategy sessions, panel discussions, and everything you need to know about the personal statement. AED offers free tutoring to all students every Sunday from 6:00pm-8:00pm on Zoom. The Meeting ID will be in the weekly email. Please join if you have questions or even just need a study partner to quiz you on your notes! Open to all LSU students for Biology, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physics, and more. AED partners with VIPS to help foster student success and build support for public education in the Baton Rouge Area. Being a Reading or Math Friend is an opportunity to give individualized reading and math assistance to elementary school students! To participate you must commit to working at the student's school, once a week, for approximately 30-45 minutes.
