Energy stacking involves consuming drugs to store extra energy for later use. There are two main stacking methods:
Xanax Stacking: Used for long-term energy storage, involves taking four Xanax over 32+ hours to reach 1000 energy before a war or major training session.
Short Stacking: Used for quick energy gains, typically involves taking one Xanax over full natural energy to build up to 350-400 energy within 8 hours.
Timing Stacks: Ensure your drug cooldown expires before war or gym jumps to avoid stat penalties.
Cooldown timers affect when you can consume drugs and boosters for energy optimization:
Xanax Cooldown: ~8 hours per use; plan accordingly to avoid conflicts.
Energy Drinks & Boosters: Use strategically to sustain chains or gym training.
Avoiding Debuffs: Prevent unwanted drug cooldowns before key events like war, chains, or happy jumps.
Medical Cooldowns: Plan Morphine and Blood Bag use wisely to stay active in wars.
Overdosing can disrupt your stacking plan, but recovery is possible with these strategies:
Step 1: Travel to Switzerland: Rehab immediately to remove addiction penalties.
Step 2: Adjust Stacking Timelines: Delay future stacks if necessary to avoid back-to-back overdoses.
Step 3: Minimize Downtime: Use your drug cooldown to focus on missions, crimes, traveling, or other goals.
