Once you're out of Happy Jump range, your training strategy shifts dramatically. Instead of focusing on stacking energy for massive bursts, you'll start training consistently while taking advantage of natural energy regeneration. This guide will walk you through the transition and help you maximize your long-term stat growth.
Escape Happy Jump (HJ) range (and then some) by reaching 800k per stat efficiently.
This book can also be used down the road for much bigger gains if you'd prefer.

Voracity: +50% energy drinks effect & +24h booster cooldown

Avoid FHC unless you're a whale; if you are, use X-Mass instead when E/mil is better than FHC (e.g., during ChristmasTown season in December)

Optional: Secure OD insurance (24 Xans per 7 days x 4)
9 eDVDs & 2 Ecstasy (you'll need a set for your first jump, and another each time you OD)

Pre-boost before reading:
Use 9 eDVDs + 2 Ecstasy
Exception: If in a 10 AN*, only 1 Ecstasy needed; just pump eDVDs to 50k happiness and wait for the drug cooldown
Start reading the book before the 15-minute block resets
Ideally, time it mid-block or earlier so you'll have a little more time when the book ends in 31 days
Step 3: During the 31-Day Read Period
β Use energy continuously (no stacking):
Use natural E, refills, cans, and Xanax
Always be at 0 or 5E before taking a Xanax (to avoid wasting refill energy in case of OD)

Rehab smartly:
Reduce addiction but leave 1 tick
Use business class flights to recover 5,025 happiness after ODing (time is money!)
β Plan for OD recovery:
Leave 24 hours of booster cooldown to bump your happiness back to 99k
You need 48 hours, after Xanax OD, you'll have 24 hours cooldown. With the 24 hours cooldown you'll already have plus the 24 hours OD cooldown, you're back to 48 hours to stack the DVDs again.
Step 4: Maximize Gains
πͺ Reach 800k per stat first (following gym dots)
π₯ Push toward 1.4M per stat if possible. At 1.4M stats, 99k happiness boosts gains slightly less than 2x, so it's better to train a different stat after 1.4M
Step 5: Final 24 Hours
π Use all booster cooldowns in the last 24 hours of reading
