I gather that you had been under pressure lately . When people are under pressure, they sometimes feel their immagination playing tricks on them. 

Have you heard things that are unusual lately ? 

Hearing thing spoken out loud - thought echo 

Do you ever hear your thoughts spoken out loud ? 

3rd person hallucinations - Do the voices speak about you ? or they spoke to you ? 

Commentary hallucinations - Do the voices comment on your thoughts and actions ? 

Thought broadcasting 

Do you think you can think clearly ? 

Is there any interference with your thoughts ? 

Thought insertion - Are thoughts that are not yours put into your head? 

Thought withdrawal - Is there anyone / anything that can take your thoughts out of your brain ? 

Thought broadcasting - Do you think the others can hear your thoughts ? 

Somatic passitivity - is something / someone controlling you ?Is someone / something forcing you to do something ? 

Delusional perception - Do things which happened around you have special meaning to you ?
